This virtual event uplifted new parole litigation and organizing in Arkansas. Hear from organizers with the Arkansas Justice Reform Coalition and their Parole Project, and litigation (Fason et al v. Hamlet et al.) led by NPTP and the ACLU of Arkansas to restore individuals’ due process rights when facing parole revocation.
